I constantly take photographs, visual notes of my experience of the world.

 

In this series, I have juxtaposed pairs of images that resonate for me. The title is Couplings because the point of interest is the way in which the two images intermingle, visually and/or conceptually. ​

Each Coupling has a title and a free-form text that extends the meaning of the paired images in a personal way. ​

 

Using pixellation to "blur" or obscure the non-essential, I have altered some of the images to draw the focus to specific elements.

En utilisant la pixellisation pour "flouter" ou obscurcir l'inessentiel, j'ai altéré certaines images pour attirer l'attention sur des éléments spécifiques.
