I constantly take photographs, visual notes of my experience of the world.

 

In this series, I have juxtaposed pairs of images that resonate for me. The title is "Couplings" because the point of interest is the way in which the two images intermingle, visually and/or conceptually. ​

Each Coupling has a title and a free-form text that extends the meaning of the paired images in a personal way. ​

 

Using pixellation to "blur" or obscure the non-essential, I have altered some of the images to draw the focus to specific elements.
